🧾 Refund & Cancellation Policy for Instructor-Led Training
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel, reschedule, or request refunds for training programs offered by Daily Agile, ensuring fairness and transparency for both participants and the organization.
2. Scope
Applies to all:
- Live instructor-led sessions (online or classroom)
- Certification preparation programs
- Corporate or group training engagements
- Professional coaching sessions
3. Cancellations by Participant

Example:
A learner enrolled for a 3-day Agile training reschedules 5 days before the session — pays a 25% reschedule fee.
5. Cancellations by Company
If Daily Agile cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, technical issues, inclement weather):
- Full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Participants are notified at least 3 business days in advance whenever possible.
Example:
If an instructor falls ill and class cannot proceed; all enrolled learners are offered full refunds or the next available session.
6. Non-Attendance (No-Show)
If a participant fails to attend a class without prior notice, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Corporate / Group Bookings
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to avoid penalties.
- If fewer than 15 days’ notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Substitution of participants (replacements) is allowed up to 2 days before the class.
Example:
A corporate client books training for 20 employees and cancels 7 days before the session — 50% of the total training fee applies as a cancellation charge.
8. Refund Processing
