Refund policy

Refund for classroom training:

Full Refunds are available up to 10-business days prior to the class start date.  Any refund requests made with less than 10-business days, students are eligible to transfer their paid registration to a future class.

Any students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior approval will be subject to a $100 processing fee to reschedule their training class. To obtain cancellation approval or substitute a registration, Contact us at JayPolak@dailyagile.com, or, info@dailyagile.com or ph: 215.378.6168.

Cancellation Policy

DailyAgile may cancel a class due to low attendance up to 10-business days prior to the start date. Classes may be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies.  Should your course be cancelled by DailyAgile, you will be offered registration in a future class or a full refund.

Any refund request, with respect to cancellation of a class where an alternative option cannot be provided by DailyAgile, will be processed within 30 days from date of request. DailyAgile is only responsible for class tuition fees, not travel, transportation, or hotel arrangements.
